1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for a free trial or paid subscription on iptv-stream.tv, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
IPTV Stream provides internet-based television streaming access to live channels and on-demand content. We deliver streams via M3U playlist URLs and Xtream Codes API credentials compatible with standard IPTV player applications. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others beyond the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan. Account sharing beyond your plan's connection limit may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination without refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: redistribute or resell access to the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure, use the service for any illegal purpose, or interfere with other users' access. Violations result in immediate account termination.
5. Device Compatibility
The service works on Amazon Firestick, Fire TV, Nvidia Shield, Android TV, Google TV, Android mobile, MAG boxes, Enigma2, Windows, and macOS. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or application. We recommend testing with the free trial before purchasing.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, internet outages, force majeure events, and issues on your ISP's network may cause temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our infrastructure.
7. Pricing and Payments
Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans do not auto-renew — you must manually purchase a renewal. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The service provides access to third-party content. We do not claim ownership of the streamed content. Trademarks, channel names, and programming belong to their respective owners. The iptv-stream.tv brand, website design, and infrastructure are our property.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time — simply do not renew. There is no recurring billing to stop. Active subscriptions remain functional until their expiration date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commerce regulations. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
